Smart, Bold, and Hilarious: My Favourite Women-Hosted Podcasts
I never really thought I was a podcast person, until I realized I just had to find the podcasts that worked for me. And, surprising no one, I found myself drawn to shows hosted by women. Maybe it’s the relatability, or maybe the topics just hit harder. Who knows. But in case you’re still trying to find your podcast groove, I’ve gathered my go-to listens, shows that teach me things, inspire me, and keep me laughing on even the hardest days.
Here are my top 10 must-listen podcasts hosted by women:
Supply Chain Brains
1. Let’s Talk Supply Chain – Hosted by Sarah Barnes-Humphrey
This one is basically the gold standard in our industry. Sarah is a total badass and manages to keep things both insightful and accessible. I love that she doesn’t shy away from big topics like diversity, innovation, leadership and she brings on some seriously smart and impressive guests. If you’re in logistics and you haven’t listened to this yet…what are you doing?
2. Everything is Logistics – Hosted by Blythe Brumleve
Blythe brings real energy. It’s giving less corporate and more conversational. She’s funny, sharp, and not afraid to challenge the status quo in freight. I listen to this when I want to hear the behind-the-scenes stories that don’t always make the headlines but definitely matter. Also, she geeks out over marketing in logistics, which I also love.
3. She Supply Chains – Hosted by Courtney Andersen and Katie Holman
A newer one on my list, but I’ve gotten into it. This podcast is all about bringing women in supply chain to the forefront, where we belong. Courtney and Katie are both CPG (consumer packaged goods) pros who know their stuff and aren’t afraid to talk shop, dig into current events, and laugh while doing it. Expect real conversations with intelligent women, a healthy dose of supply chain nerdery, and insights you can actually use. It's fun and informative!
4. Rig on Wheels – Hosted by Kameel Gaines
This one’s a must-listen if you’re in trucking, recruiting, or just want a real perspective from someone who gets it. Kameel brings a wealth of experience in the industry and doesn’t hold back, she’s talking recruiting strategies, industry news, driver insights, and the stuff nobody else is saying out loud. It’s educational without being boring, and she keeps it so real. I listen when I want straight talk with a side of empowerment.
Boss Moves & Business Vibes
5. Blended Podcast - Hosted by Sarah Barnes-Humphrey
This podcast brings together diverse voices to talk about inclusion, equity, and what it really means to create better workplaces, not just in theory, but in practice. Sarah moderates honest, unscripted panel conversations where no topic is off-limits. It’s thoughtful, sometimes raw, and always important. I love how she creates space for real people to share their experiences without trying to wrap everything up with a shiny bow.
6. Women at Work – Hosted by Amy Gallo, Amy Bernstein, and others at Harvard Business Review
This one is like having a panel of whip-smart, no-BS mentors in your ear holes. Women at Work tackles the tough stuff like burnout, bias, imposter syndrome, but does it in a way that feels authentic and hopeful, not depressing. And I love their “Ask the Amys” segments, where listeners send in workplace dilemmas and the two Amys break them down with equal parts empathy and actionable strategy. I listen when I need clarity or just want to feel like I’m not the only one wondering what the hell just happened in that meeting.
7. The New Rules of Business – Hosted by Carolyn Childers and Lindsay Kaplan
This one’s a bit more polished and big-picture. It looks at how business is evolving, from fashion to tech to workplace trends, and the hosts are very sharp. I like to throw this one on when I want to feel like the smartest version of myself. Also, with most episodes being under 30 minutes, it fits perfectly into my morning walk routine.
Unhinged but in a Good Way (Fun)
8. Giggly Squad – Hosted by Paige DeSorbo and Hannah Berner
Listen, this is brain candy and I will not apologize. It’s chaos, girl talk, and pop culture in one hilarious package. I feel like I’m in the group chat I didn’t know I needed. When I’m burned out or just need a laugh, this is it. And what makes it even better? These two aren’t just funny, they are building empires while staying completely themselves. It’s inspiring in the most un-serious way.
9. Call Her Daddy – Hosted by Alex Cooper
I know this one can be polarizing, but I admire the evolution. What started out as raunchy chaos has grown into something with more depth, including mental health convos, real interviews, and still a good dose of fun. Alex is an incredible storyteller, and whether she’s talking to celebs or spilling her own drama, I’m into it.
10. Two Hot Takes – Hosted by Morgan Absher
If you like Reddit drama, this is your jam. Morgan and her guests read wild stories from the internet and react in real time. It’s part therapy, part chaos, and I can’t stop listening. Sometimes I feel like I’ve resolved other people’s problems just by tuning in.
I don’t usually like telling people what to do, but in this case? You should definitely check out some (or all) of these podcasts. Whether you’re looking to learn, laugh, or feel inspired—there’s something here for every mood.
